For laptops, smart TVs, and micro-controller appliances, all stored credentials, cache, and hard drive storage media undergo DoD / NIST 800-88 compliant physical degaussing and certified shredding at our recycling facility, ensuring complete elimination of personal customer data.
3. Location Information & Cookies
Browser geolocation coordinates and entered postal codes are solely utilized to identify whether the user is located within our Chennai operational zone or in browsing mode.
